We have the subscription service and he did a great job of taking notes and explaining everything we needed to fix our rodent issue. Where he really impressed me however was when we had a minor emergency. I forgot we had baited the basement (it is under construction) and let our dog down there. He got into the rat poison and earned himself a trip to the vet. I called Terrance on the way, he answered immediately and was able to tell me the exact product we had used, what was in it, and how to treat my dog, all while showing great concern about his well being. Dave came within 2 hours of my call, called ahead, removed the squirrel, and explained how it entered.
